The highly dramatic Master of Cetus is known for his over-the-top appearances and tendency to scream every word he utters. While not usually aggressive, the sight of him bursting from the swamp of Cetus is certainly a frightening one, and it doesn't help that he generally expects offerings from the Gembound, after endless cycles of the Children of Rot leaving food for him. He is fairly neutral towards the Gembounds and tends to ignore him, but any mention of Nemean will have him screeching down the ceiling of Cetus about her betrayal.
