alive Not much is known about Deer Dad, save for his penchant of showing up when needed most. His visits are often fleeting, but he tries to help the children of Origin Cave as much as possible. It has been confirmed through dialogue that his name is Astraea - or at least, that's what older Gembounds call him, but it has also been noted by these Gembounds that his form has changed. What did Deer Dad look like when he was Astraea? We now know he was an albino dark elf and married to Tenzin; their adopted daughter was Dawa.

alive An ice phoenix that is large in size, the counter to Raheerah. He is blue in color with white, icy tips to his wing feathers. A foggy, cold aura emanates around him and the air around him is chilled. It has been learned through dialogue that Tenzin and Astraea were partners previously, before there was a great bout of dormancy throughout the Cave. Still, there is a great bond between them. Tenzin is a friendly NPC and can be found in Pisces. He has a very calm and collected mind, able to read, sense, and even track the auras of others.

deceased elsewhere A small, fragile lamb who possesses strange and unfamiliar magic. She is capable of reversing time and doing unto herself the wounds of others, effectively healing them while damaging her body. Her stone is hidden somewhere within her body. She is blind and sensitive to touch, and appears to be benevolent towards Gembounds but is guarded by the massive dragon Raheerah. After Raheerah was led away, Dawa fell ill and died. Long after that, the moonstone was taken by Lord Dhracia as a means to control the dragon Raheerah for Her crusade elsewhere.

unknown elsewhere The beast of the fiery pit; Raheerah is a gargantuan black dragon whose insides appear to be illuminated by an ever burning flame. Vivid orange and red bleed through his scales from his chest, stomach and throat, an indicator of fire to come. Raheerah is greedy and selfish, fiercely guarding Dawa from the prying eyes of outsiders. He has no claim to earthly possessions, only Dawa; and he seems to exist only to cause chaos. Taken by Lord Dhracia in his final appearance.

alive A tall, beautiful spriggan woman who wears flowing robes made from an ever-changing variety of vines, leaves, and flowers. She almost glides across the grounds of Cetus and Eridanus on her many roots, touching up plants and greenery here and there. Recently revived by her beloved, she spends much of her time either with Farina or looking over the trees of Cetus.

alive An enormous, crab-like being. A pitted shell of violent pink-purple seems to exude blasts of chartreuse steam, similar to the color of her eyes; jagged spines line maw and pincing claws. Farina guards, and can wander, Origin's waterways, though she has spent eons trapped within the Eyes of Eridanus after her betrayal at the hands of other Masters.

alive Nemean is a tiny, feline-esque sprite that never remains in one place. She is playful and highly egotistical, using her light magic to create illusions of roaring crowds and spotlights. There is something dangerous about her, but Nemean insists she's only here to help.

alive A massive sea monster that resides in the marsh of Cetus. He appears to be around one hundred meters long, with sharp, diamond-shaped iridescent teal scales, yellow frills, markings, and eyes. A citrine point sprouts between his brows. Aquarian is neutral towards the Gembounds, and will aid them should they bring him offerings. If they come empty-handed, Aquarian will likely act aggressively or ignore them.

deceasedelsewhere A centaur-like creature with translucent skin and bony features. While she does not have hooves, her feet have long toes that allow her to grip the rocks and rough surfaces of the cave walls. She uses a bow as a weapon with arrow tips that are cut from gemstones, though who these stones used to belong to is unknown. It has been discovered through dialogue that Jupiter comes from the surface but not much is known about the centaur. She has a long scar down her left back leg. Her past with Totum seems rocky at best. Slain by Lord Dhracia in her final appearance.

alive A spindly-limbed and shadowy Gembound that mysteriously appeared in Tunnel J. After the Gembounds helped to collect all of the armor pieces in the quest The Beast's Best Friend, the Beast was next going to try and fuse the armor with the serendibite stone that once was his former other half and bring it back to life. With his plan foiled by the centaur Jupiter, the two of them fought briefly while the stone accidentally had been kicked toward the armor pile. Risen again, the other half woke to find Beast gravely wounded; and more aggressive than Beast, she attacked Jupiter relentlessly, finally taking her arm and forcing the centaur to retreat. Fusing again with Beast, the two healed together and were once again whole: Totum.

deceased Little is known about Enki, besides their appearance - a bipedal creature with multiple wings and a lanky body, deep blue-black in color - and that they somehow died during the rebellion to Jupiter and was given life again. Perhaps their reincarnated form still stalks the caves...

elsewhere Tamulus is an elusive humanoid figure that has not been seen in the caves since the Great Awakening. He lives as a hermit on the surface of Let and very rarely has contact with any gembound. It has been discovered that he created the Witches long ago and seems to have some level of power greater then many of the other Masters. He may have had some hand in the rebellion and is considered a traitor to the House of Chaos.
