alive An inky black winged beast that looks like a mix between a feline and a bat. He completely lacks eyes, and possesses an emerald stone in his sternum. His intelligence is low and he doesn't seem to be capable of speaking properly. He was loyal to Jupiter.

alive A creature approximately the same size as Batcat, but lacking the emerald stone in its sternum; sturdier, more muscular, and clearly more powerful. It possesses a wildly different temperament and is highly aggressive towards other creatures. They seem to be often spotted among the shadows of the cave roofs, and there seems to be more than one...

unknown A group of four non-cognizant, raptor-like Gembounds have emerged from Canis. They are covered in feathers and sport a feathered crest, each standing at about 5 feet tall. The squad consists of one male, the alpha, and three females. These Gembounds lack stones.

unknown Appearing similar to the raptor-like Gembounds, Raptor Mom is a massive reptilian beast with a gilded gem in her chest. She is vicious and ever-hungry, stalking the tunnels and often unseen by other Gembounds. She commands the raptor crew and seems to be producing them herself.

deceased A massive beaked moth that rose up in Polaris, having been awakened by Raheerah. It attacked Raheerah and was subsequently killed. Its stone was recovered and revived to form the creature Aether.

unknown Little is known about this character; after her energy-gone-wrong episode during a short period of quests, her sister, Senka, hid her stone away from prying gembounds.

alive A hybrid created from the stone of the great moth that fought the dragon Raheerah, brought to life by a number of different Gembounds. "Aether Gold-Moth, Guardian," as it calls itself, is about eight feet tall with features from cats, wolves, and other creatures and hybrids. It has pledged itself to the protection of those who created it, promising to come to their aid if called upon.

alive Aloof, polite, and formal in demeanor, yet ethereal in appearance. Stars seem to fleck a deeply blue-hued coat, and Rezik sports hooves, a masklike face, and antlers like branching trees. Awakened from a Howlite chrysalis by Wilder, after he was found in her arcane visions of the past... killing someone who trusted him.

deceased A creature like a fox, though twize the size of one. Blue-pelted and seemingly studded with stars. Her howlite gemstone formed two halo-like shapes angling up from her skull, and her face appeared almost like a mask. She claimed to be the sister of Rezik. She was killed by the resisting leopard seal Tethys while aiding the Hive in assimilating the Sea Kingdom group.

alive Lam II is a veiny creature; were he large, he would be very intimidating, but he is only about three feet tall at the hump in his back and seven feet long, including his tail. He is egotistical and boasts often that his father is very big and strong, even though he does not really have a father, and will never meet him. Lam II hungers for desctruction and is a general nuisance around the caves. The veins close to the surface act as a defense mechanism, and his blood will burn or poison others on contact. His large claws can also fill with this blood, and inject it via scratches or punctures.

alive A Rebel of the ancient past, reborn as a white tiger. Teosar's failures to save his allies from death centuries ago still haunt him. His temperament is grim and brooding, but deeply kind. He strives to protect the innocent, and will attempt to offer sanctuary to Gembounds in distress.

alive Greyed skin and long, white hair contrast each other. Her ears are longer than they used to be. A corrupted obsidian stone grows from her right eye, encirling her skull like an unfinished crown; the left eye is dull pink, burning with chaotic anger. She is clothed in furs and a beaded sash, often adorned with a thin cape the colors of the sunset (it is a lesbian pride flag). She is tired after awakening from corruption, but she is angry. She seeks revenge.

alive A dark, sleek panther, a black coat lit by veins of fiery light from inner ruby gemstone. He stands six feet tall, with the branching antlers of a stag, cloaked in winding vines and leaves in autumnal colors. His glowing gemstone eyes are filled with an ancient calm. A quiet sentinel, The Shepherd serves as a protector of Eridanus and its Arborspire Sanctuary, and will guard those who take shelter there.

alive Creatures capable of swift travel on all fours, or bipedal work, the Shapers take the form of large, shadowy black foxes with a purple glow to their eyes and maws. Their jaws hold far too many jagged teeth, but in temperament they're both harmless and raucous. They're more likely to invite visitors to a game of poker or a friendly drink than make any form of threat. They work with diligent enthusiasm to reshape Centaurus each cycle in accordance with the Dreamer's directives.

alive A bipedal brown bear with a warm, generous nature. Bartholomew runs The Roaring Hearth Inn in Scorpio, and offers bounties for various supplies he needs for the tavern's upkeep. It's unknown how long he's had his form, or why or how he wound up running a bar, but he seems quite content with his lot in life. Bartholomew is always ready to lend an ear or a bit of bartenderly advice, usually while polishing a mug or wiping down a table. deceased A massive, mutated valkhound that has been sealed away for countless years, its power barely contained now that it has reawakened. It seems weary and is barely hanging on, but has shown determination to not be "wasted." Its history, for the most part, still remains a mystery, but it awaited the worthy in Orion, and was bested by them in battle. It died at peace, finally freed from the energy that tormented it.

alive An agile rodent-like valkhound created to manage a machine in Cassiopeia. His small size and many limbs help him weave throug the pipes and wiring and fix and problem that may arise. He's overworked and exhausted, but does his job regardless and extremely protective of the machine he maintains.
