Looking for Group! - Julian - May 11 2025
I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in forming an "adventuring party" with some characters? I was thinking about a range of 4 - 5. They could travel together and help one another do quests, or be involved in events IC? They don't have to be involved in every thread together. It'd be fine if they were part of different established groups and factions IC but meet up for adventures or something on occasion.
While I don't want to limit anyone to basic boxes, there are generally certain tropes in adventuring parties, so here are the "slots" I'd wanna fill. If a character fits in a different sort of slot, that'd be fine too! Lets talk about it!
Bard:
Cleric: Vivilene
Druid: Flower
Fighter:
Monk: Naskarra
Paladin:
Ranger: Callista
Rogue: Hunter
Sorcerer: Amesemi
Warlock: Conleth
Wizard: Julian
Artificer:
If there are enough interested, I'm happy for others to form adventuring parties together as well!

i am working on a character that would fit for this!
i was making @amesemi (her profile is empty rn, rip) to work on the tavern and market stuff that dark and cj are working on rn. she's going to be a battlemage/spellsword type but it's okay if you dont want her in the group bc she might step on julian's wizard/mage toes a bit
i also have @vivilene who would slot in pretty well as a healer, she'll even transcend At Some Point when she's more confident into medic spec

Hunter would do well in an adventuring party! He's very much a ranger sort, a scout and capable in a fight. :3 he's related to vivilene as well so could just be a part-time party member that helps out his sister or vice versa. Could be very cute imo

@Aethril -- I would love to include them in the group!! It'd be fun to have another mage for Julian to learn off of too! You could always swap between them and Vivilene whenever you want! :D

hunter and vivilene WOULD be very cute... hunter could probably help vivilene be a bit more confident with her abilities too :)
we can 100% still have amesemi and julian learn together too even if she doesnt end up joining the party, i think it'd be very cute to have a big ol sphinx with a teeny tiny frog on her shoulder lmao

That works! She's not outwardly aggressive/pretty passive but VERY protective of her friends/family and will fight to protect.

I have mai who I can see as a potential monk/paladin type. She's going to start out as a straight-up healer but I eventually want her to be able to defend others as well. She isn't active right now, though, and I dunno if I wanna draw her out of storage just yet, especially if other people are interested in that sorta archetype.
This character currently doesn't exist, but I have an idea for the 'warlock' archetype. A gembound who ends up seeking out corruption as a way to get stronger, slowly succumbing to chaotic urges and perhaps eventually even turning against the group. I've always wanted to do the corruption 'grind' with a character who has friends that can slowly watch them lose themself, and this seems PERFECT for that.
