@Mercurius honestly Navy, there is nothing to rip apart. All of your characters are well thought out and interesting! I love all their concepts! You're a really good writer and wish you were more active. (im guilty of not being active myself tbh lol I'm a hypocrite)I love them all but if I had to pick a favorite it would Howl because hes so fun to interact with. I loved how he teased Septiezal and his weird way of talking! Though I have a feeling Elspet is going to give him a run for his money. I love her design and I can wait to read her posts! It's about time we got a gorilla!
Ok what do you think of my characters. Who's your favorite? Is there anything I can do to improve them?
@Septiezal
@Aries
@Dezba
@Kito (God hes so inactive ;u;)
@Riffi
@Aztec
@Mortis
@Valeria
@Thothaga (also new and havent posted yet but what do think of her from her profile?)
I absolutely ADORE Thothaga's personality and concept and the way she'll 'age' depending on how her magic is learned! I definitely wanna thread with her at some point and maybe have her adopt one of my future chars probably ;; Obviously I haven't played with her so i've no idea if anything could be improved, but judging by your other characters I reckon she'll be as awesome as she sounds! <3
I also love Dezba and we totally need to have her and Envy develop a bit more! they've not met since they've both grown up to adults!
I'd love some creative criticism and feedback on my characters, too!
My characters:
@Kin-Kin
Envy (this account)
@Kielo
@Equinox
@Fate
@elderberry
Now that my muse is starting to reappear figured I might as well hop into some of these threads that have popped up.
Kin-Kin is always fun to read about! Saw up to the conversation with Winter recently and was minor-key chuckliong the whole time XD
Also totally impressed at your ability to play Nox as well as you do.

My characters:
@Xireidi (am I going too strong on his other self or would it be better to hurry it up already?)
@Yuma (Mostly background character, but perhaps it would be good to actually give him something to do)
@Zeno (Is the stoicism combined with low self image interesting or does he need a good kick?)
@Amras (I totally psudoscience ramble too much, eh? :P)
@Bremen (Adorable or Jar Jar Binks? Or both?)
i love umbra, always here for DID characters that have different internal appearances than the external body + ones that aren't named after a "core" alter, especially ones that are born like that/split very young? all too often i see DID characters in media that are like "here's the real personality... and the EVIL other one because mental illnesses are EVIL" so it's nice to see alters treated as real characters who are more than flaws, but actually people with their own consciousnesses who share a body. a step in the right direction for my activist ass i suppose lol
also LMAO excuse me who writes 90% about themes of recovery and understanding for traumatized/mentally ill ppl in my creative work picking my favorite as the one with DID, im predictable

I really love Imperia the most, I love how much they’ve developed from just wanting to fite everyone and I love their relationship with Kin-Kin, how it’s evolved from hate to respect over the course of all these cycles.
I also love Li, and how she deals with all of Envy’s shit somehow LOL.
I'd love some creative criticism and feedback on my characters, too! (Especially for Envy and Kin-Kin!)

criticism?? i will do my best!
hmm, it may be my writing style, but something about kin-kin always seemed... lacking, to me? she's very fun and energetic and you're an excellent writer, but i feel like she lacks significant connections, or perhaps a present conflict. she's very single-minded with her training, which isn't a bad thing, especially if you aren't really going for a drama-centric character. she seems to be more of a progression character, to me; more similar to a D&D character who has a specific goal. that's not necessarily a bad thing, but i suppose it can leave her feeling predictable, and a little flat. she feels a bit like a YA adventure protagonist to me; which, again, has a purpose and is not bad, but having traits mostly tied to her actions does not draw much attention to her
personality.
i feel like she's great for driving quests and finding lore, but ironically, as energetic and loud as she is, i feel like it's rare we get to see much of her personality behind the quips and her interest in training. i'm not saying traumatize her lol, but it would be nice to see her in a situation where she was perhaps stripped of her regular safeguards, and forced to open herself up and be vulnerable for a moment, as she was as a pup.
however, keep in mind even my most progression-centric characters (prata) have arcs and traits related to coping with mental illness/some sort of issue with themselves (besides rui who is just an asshole, and besides haruo who is still young and undeveloped) so the things i find engaging in writing may be completely different from you or anyone else. that's just my grain of salt for creative criticism!
also, equinox is my favorite of your active characters! looks conflicting with personalities is a favorite trait of mine, haha. i love nox's kindness conflicted with a body that most would see and think "oh, evil!". i like how gentle she is w all that :0
